Description

Form View Builder should only be opened when clicking on the Form View name at Form View listing screen

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Control Panel > App Builder > Custom Objects;
2. Add a Custom Object;
3. Add some Form Views;
4. At the Form View listing screen, click on the line of one of the Form Views (don't click on the Form View name).

Expected Result

Form View Builder should only be opened when clicking on the Form View name at Form View listing screen

Actual Result

Form View Builder is opened clicking anywhere on the line on the Form View name at Form View listing screen
