Can not navigate to the content via notifications

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a widget page named 'wiki page', and add a wiki portlet there
2. Create a new user, and assign the admin role to him
3. Go to Content & Data > Wiki, subscribe to the main wiki
4. Login as the newly user, go to the wiki page
5. Create a new wiki page under all pages tab
6. Login as test test
7. Try to view the created wiki page via notification

Expected:
User can view the created content via notifications.

Actual Result:
User can not view the content since it goes to the default page after clicking the notification message.
