Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a content page
2. Add a contributed fragment to the content page

Expected Result:

There is a background with color so you can see text in fragment

Actual Result:

The background of the fragment is white so you can't see text

Reproduced on:

Tomcat 9.0.17 + MySQL 5.7.
