Please find a new image to replace the current one. Brian Chan would like it to be loosely related to the new build name, "Athanasius", instead of mountains. His idea is papyrus, or something similar. He said it should be not offensive to any culture.

Please also consider changes to color, theme, styling, etc. that are needed for 7.3 CE GA1.

Since this is an administrative change for 7.3 CE GA1, it should be merged to upstream master by December 13, 2019.
