Steps to reproduce:

1. Content & Data > Kaleo Forms Admin.
2. Click the Add "+" Button.
3. Enter a Name > click Next.
4. Choose any Field using the Kebab > click Next.
5. Add a Workflow > Choose a workflow using the Kebab > click Next.
6. In the Kebab, click Assign Form
7. Click the Add "+" Button.
8. Enter a Name > click Save.
9. Select a form.

Expected outcome: 

The "Next" button should not be seen by the user because they will be saving on the last step.

Actual outcome:

 

Refreshing the page briefly shows the "Next" button.
