After updatig JQuery to 3.4.0 the Details collapse not working in Data Definitions

Reproduction steps

1. Upgrade JQuery to 3.4.0
2. Go to Dynamic Data Lists > Data Definitions > Add
3. Fill Data Definitions name, extend Details to fill description

Expected result:
The Details can be extended

Actual result:
Can not extend Details
