Context

Currently the "Pages" application has two tabs for "Page Templates" and "Display Page Templates". Soon, we are going to add a third type of page template: Master Page Templates. 

The goal of this story is to move the two current ones to a new application where Master Pages will later be added. This new application will have the following tabs:

1. Pages (We might want to rename it)
2. Display Pages (might also be renamed in the near future to "Content")
3. Masters (Later on)
