Fjord, Porygon and Westeros themes do not have lighter and gray-dark colors

      Description

      In the page editor, there is a color palette for setting a layout background:

      These colors are taken from the theme. As Fjord, Porygon and Westeros themes don't have lighter and gray-dark colors defined in their CSS, these colors appeared as non functional buttons in the palette.

      Because of that, we temporarily removed that buttons from the color palette for these themes in this ticket: https://issues.liferay.com/browse/LPS-102256, so now we don't have that non functional buttons, but these colors can't be used in sites created with these themes.
