Steps to Reproduce:

1. Use an iPhone
2. Add a new basic web content
3. Insert an image
4. Publish the web content

Expected Result:

Web content is successfully published

Actual Result:

Web content is not published

Tomcat 9.0.17 + MySQL 5.7 Portal master GIT ID: e803d1b2376468594eb207d05a472d9948548085

Workaround:

If the image was previously published in a web content, it can be published again
