In Calendar's monthly view, when today's date is the last week of the month, the blue border is cut out

ISSUE:
When the calendar portlet is in month view
If today’s date is in the last week, the blue border is cut out.
It also happens if today is the first day of the first week.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Add Calendar portlet to page
2. Set the date as August 31 on your pc
3. Switch to Monthly Calendar

ACTUAL RESULTS:
The lower part of blue frame will be cut out on Monthly Calendar.

EXPECTED RESULTS:
The blue frame is not cut out on monthly calendar.
