Most companies nowadays have multiple sites to manage. They can be from completely different purposes sites, such as an intranet, corporate website, etc to multiple "almost similar" sites to provide services to their franchises, regional offices, etc. And in all those cases, our customers need to manage articles, images, documents, etc that are going to be reused in many places.
The organization for content needed at one time, might not be the best at another. Folders, repositories and content is not static, and due to simple reuse/deprecation of content, security reasons or many other, makes it necessary to provide the tools to move content around the different repositories in a seamless and harmless way.
Provide a mechanism to move content from one repository to another without breaking any published content, or informing the user of the consequences.
With this new feature our customers will improve on content organization:
- Content organization: With moving content between different repositories, users will be able to fix issues with cluttering content or misplacing elements.

- Inform the user about the references they'll need to move
- Move the references to content automatically
- Provide info about repositories that need to be connected to not lose connections.
