Theme's color schemes are not visible at page templates

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start a DXP 7.0 bundle with the latest Fix Pack (86)
2. Deploy the attached themes
3. Go to Navigation -> Public pages -> Configuration
4. Go to the Look and Feel tab -> Change current theme
5. Select one of the deployed themes
6. You'll see the color schemes
7. Go to Control Panel -> Sites -> Page templates
8. Click on one of the templates, or create a new one
9. Go to its configuration
10. Select 'Define a specific look and feel for this page'
11. Select one of the deployed themes

Expected behavior: Color schemes should be visible

Actual behavior: Color schemes are not visible
