Enable new rescorer API on Elasticsearch 7 and Elasticsearch 6 connectors

      Description

      While working on LPS-100001 we found the new rescorer API was not totally wired on Elasticsearch 7. Since it is a hard dependency for LTR, we should finish it, with tests included.
