      Description

When using virtual hosts, certain characters are not handled properly in the URL's causing links to break.

This can be seen when creating a new blog post with "!" or other characters in the title. The links arent encoded/handled properly and when you click on the blog title, the page jsut refreshes instead of taking you to the blog post.

      To reproduce:
      1) set the virtual host of the guest community (control panel, communities, manage pages)
      2) in the community using the virtual host, create a blog post called: "These characters are all valid!?....!@#$%^&*()_}{":;.;'p[]"
      3) while not using the virtual host (http://localhost:8080/web/guest/home/-/blog/..).. click on the blog title, you will now see the maximized blog post, as expected.
      4) while using the virtual host (http://www.virtualhostnamehere.com:8080/home/-/blog/..), click on the blog title, the page will refresh instead of loading the blog post (error).
