Description

The options are being mixed when deleting its content via the keyboard

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Control Panel > App Builder > Custom Objects;
2. Add a Form View > Add a Single Selection field > Add a few options (at least 4);
3. Add the cursor in the first option and delete its content using the keyboard (backspace or delete through "select all");
4. Add the cursor in the third option and delete its content using the keyboard (backspace or delete through "select all");

Expected Result

The options are not being mixed when deleting its content via the keyboard
