 Motivation

Tagging is an established technology in Liferay.

Acceptance Criteria

Users can be segmented by the tags they've been tagged with:

• Given 3 users tagged with "Senior", "Junior" and "Intern", respectively
• When a segment is added with the criteria User Tag = "Senior" OR User Tag = "Junior" OR User Tag = "Intern"
• Then the segment preview shows the three users
