      Motivation

      Marketing campaigns may span several pages while being targeted at specific segments.

      (the question of real access needs to be clarified and is still up for debate)

      Acceptance Criteria

      • there must be some mechanism which allows a collection of pages to be constrained to a particular user segment or segments
