Steps to Reproduce:
1. Content & Data > Web Content
2. Click the New button ( Plus button ) and select "Basic Web Content"
3. Click in the Content box.
4. Assert if the plus button can be seen.
Expected Results:
User is able to see the Plus button to open the Alloy Editor.
Actual Results:
Plus button is being cut off in mobile and tablet. In Tablet, the Plus button can be visible for the user if they click they expand the menu button. (see attached gif)
