Mapping an edited text fragment resets text value to default fragment value

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create a web content article
      2. Add a content page
      3. Add an editable text fragment to the page
      4. Edit the text
      5. Save and publish the page
      6. Edit the page and click on the editable text and map it to the web content article selecting content for the field
      7. Go to web content admin and delete the web content article
      8. Go back to content page

      Expected Result:
      The content page shows the text fragment with the edited fragment value

      Actual Result:
      The content page shows the default text fragment value

      Reproduced on:
      Tomcat 9.0.17 + MySQL 5.7.
