Description

The field action menu is misplaced after interaction with some field properties/options 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Control Panel > App Builder > Custom Objects > Add a Custom Object;
2. Add a Form View > Add a Text Field and a Multiple Selection with a few options;
3. Change the label, field type line (single, multiple), delete some options;
4. Try to click on the Field's action menu to see the options to Duplicate, Remove and Delete from Object;
5. Repeat the steps 3 and 4;

Expected Result

The field action menu is not misplaced after interaction with some field properties/options. It is shown in the right place, close to the field.

Actual Result

The field action menu is misplaced after interaction with some field properties/options. It is shown in the wrong place, in the upper left corner of the screen.
