Issue:
If there is a hidden "Asset Display Page" (created as part of the initialization of page fragments), then clicking on the site at Site list redirects to that hidden page

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a blank site
2. Navigate to Build > Pages
3. Note that "No pages yet." message is displayed
4. Navigate to "Page Fragment"
5. Go back to Control Panel > Sites > Sites
6. Click on the newly created site

 Actual result:
Asset display page named "Asset Display Page" is displayed (this is an auxiliary page created as part of the initialization of page fragments, see related LPS-102623)

 Expected result:
"No pages yet" message is still displayed, as in step 3.
