Steps to reproduce:
- Create a user and set as Admin (name it "adminTestUser")
- Remove all the admins of the site except "adminTestUser"
- Revoke this role to "adminTestUser"
Expected: Since portal prevents this role to be removed to the last admin, we should inform to the user about this
Current: User can remove Administrator role by clicking the X icon next to it. Upon saving, success message will display but the Administrator role will remain. Please see attached gif.
