Summary: Performance by Step card is displaying the number of instances that breached SLAs in a specific step instead of the number of SLAs breached
Steps to reproduce:
- Go to Control Panel > Workflow > Process Builder and associate Single Approver with blogs instance
- Add a 1 minute SLA to Single Approver (Start: Enters task Review; End: Process Ends)
- Add 5 blog instances and wait 1 minute
- Complete all instances and go to Workflow > Metrics > Performance
Expected Result: In accordance with the Acceptance Criteria, The column SLA Breached (%) should display the count of all SLA that breached between start to end from a task in a given period, from all completed instances.
Actual Result: The number of instances that breached SLAs are being displayed.
