Steps to Reproduce
- Add a User
- Login as the new added user, so it have personal profile
- Deactivate the User
- Go to Control Panel > Users and Organizations, filer and order by Inactive.
- Click the action icon of Deactivared User > Manage Pages
- Click the action icon of My Profile > View
Page turns to be blank, no tomcat console error.
Not pretty sure about the expected result, but user should be notified if they can not view the deactivated user's profile page. Otherwise the page should be viewable.
