As a content creator with update permissions

I want to mention a user that has permissions to edit in a comment made in a page

so that the user receives a notification and is aware that a comment needs their attention

 

Acceptance criteria

Given a Liferay DXP site and userA and userB with edit permissions for pages

When userA writes a comment on a fragment and types "@"

Then Liferay suggests userB to be mentioned

 

 

Given a Liferay DXP site and userA and userB with edit permissions for pages and userC without edit permissions

When userA writes a comment on a fragment and types "@user"

Then Liferay does not suggest userC to be mentioned
