Summary: The value "Unassigned" is not displayed in the All Items table when there is no assignee for an instance

Steps to reproduce:

1. Associate Single Approver to blogs instance
2. Create a blog instance
3. Go to Control Panel > Workflow > Metrics > Single Approver 
4. Click on the Pending number of the dashboard

Expected Result: The value "Unassigned" should be displayed in the All Items table when there is no assignee for an instance

Actual Result: No value is displayed.
