Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on "Find a Page" button, (Next to the Menu button on the top left).
Expected Results:
1. Expected to have padding-right next to the "All" so that it's not touching the side of the menu.
2. Expected to have padding-left next to the dropdown menu for Public Pages and Private Pages.
3. "View in Page Administration" could use additional padding-left to align with the Input box.
Actual Results:
1. The word "All" is touching the right side of the "Find a Page" menu.
2. Dropdown menu for Public pages and Private pages touches left side of the menu.
3. "View in Page Administration" is touching left side of menu.
