Description

Only the first deployed app is shown in the Product Menu (Control Panel)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Control Panel > App Builder > Custom Objects > Add a Custom Object;
2. Add a Form View > Add a Table View > Deploy an app in the Product Menu (Control Panel) using the created Form and Table views;
3. Observe that the app is shown in the Control Panel;
4. Repeat step 2;
5. Observe that the second deployed app is not shown in the Control Panel.

Expected Result

All the deployed apps are shown in the Product Menu (Control Panel)

Actual Result

Only the first deployed app is shown in the Product Menu (Control Panel)
