Cannot Deploy App on Custom Objects in Edge and IE11

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Control Panel > App Builder > Custom Object
2. Create Custom Object > Add Form View
3. Add Table View
4. Go to Apps > Choose Form View > Choose Table View
5. Deploy as Product Menu > Place it in the Control Panel
6. Click Deploy

Expected Results: App will deploy on Control Panel

Actual Result: Deploy does not load, App is not on Control Panel.
