Reproduction steps:

1. Add calendar portlet to a page
2. Change the locale to anyone other than English
3. Inspect the code of the buttons "Next month" and "Previous month"

Expected behavior:

• The button has an aria-label attribute and its value is localized

Actual behavior:

• The button has an aria-label attribute but its value is in English
