Useless Save button when adding LDAP server in instance settings

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Control Panel > Configuration > Instance Settings > LDAP > Servers
2. Add a LDAP server
3. Re-navigate to LDAP Servers
4. Assert the New added LDAP server displays

Actually Result
User can add server without clicking the Save button on Servers Page. Not pretty sure about the expect result but it seems we don't need the Save button.
