As a content administrator

I want to establish a workflow over the content stored in a content repository

so that I can review it before it is made available

 

Acceptance criteria

 

Given a repository

When a user accesses the configuration section

Then she can configure the workflow applied to web content

 

Given a repository

When a user accesses the configuration section of a folder

Then she can configure the workflow applied that folder

 

Given a repository with workflow enabled for documents

When a user uploads a document

Then it is set in pending and it goes through the process until it is approved

and then it is available to use in a site

 

Given a repository with workflow enabled for web content

When a user uploads a web content

Then it is set in pending and it goes through the process until it is approved

and then it is available to use in a site
