Description

The user is informed that the app will be undeployed when deleting a Form View or Table View of an app 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Control Panel > App Builder > Custom Objects > Add a Custom Object;
2. Add a Form View;
3. Add a Table View;
4. Deploy an app as Widget, Standalone and Product Menu using the Form View and Table View;
5. Add the deployed app as a Widget;
6. Delete the Form View or the Table View;
7. Access the app deployed as a Widget;

Expected Result

The user is informed that the app will be undeployed when deleting a Form View or Table View of an app 

Actual Result

• The app is not undeployed when deleting a Form View or Table View:
• When deleting Table View, the app stays on loading forever;
• When deleting Form View, only the Save and Cancel button are shown to the user instead of the form view.
