Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to System Settings > Assets > Google Natural Language Text Auto Tagging
2. Add API key, set Confidence Threshold to 0.001, check Classification Endpoint Enabled and Enable for Blogs Entry
3. Add a blog entry with descriptive text on a subject (e.g. Taiwan)
4. View blog entry
5. Assert tags have been added

Expected results: Tags have been added.
Actual results: Tags have not been added.
