The theme generator doesn't build styled themes. Let;s move beyond "yes it does". Indeed it does build a styled theme however that theme is not styled.

Not many in the community share the same expectations of _styled. We would like to see the theme generator produce a theme that works that is styled as classic without having to go back afterwards and force classic in there.
