Workload by Assignee dropdown is exceeding the card width when a step name is too long

Summary: Workload by Assignee dropdown is exceeding the card width when a step name is too long

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to CP > Workflow > Process Builder and create a workflow process with a task called "Board Member review with a very long name"
2. Go to CP > Workflow > Metrics > Click on the workflow process created on step 1
3. Under Workload by Assignee, select the "Board Member review with a very long name" option in the dropdown filter. 

Actual Result: The dropdown becomes too long, exceeding the card width

Expected Result: The dropdown field should not exceed the card width.
