[BUG] SLA Breached column sorting is considering the absolute number of tasks instead of the percentage

      Description

      Summary: SLA Breached column sorting is considering the absolute number of tasks instead of the percentage

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Associate Single Approver with blogs instance
      2. Add a 1 minute SLA to Single Approver (Process Starts, Process Ends)
      3. Create 4 blog instances
      4. Reject 1 one them right away
      5. Complete 1 in less than 1 minute
      6. Wait more than 1 minute Complete 2 more instances
      7. Resubmit the rejected instance and complete it
      8. Go to Control Panel > Workflow > Metrics > Single Approver > Performance and under Performance by Step card, click on View All Steps
      9. Sort the table by SLA Breached

      Actual Result: The sorting is being made considering the absolute number of tasks instead of the percentage

      Expected Result: The sorting should consider the percentage
