Delete option and highlight columns are missing on Table View builder using Edge and IE11

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Control Panel > App Builder > Custom Objects > Add a Custom Object;
2. Add a Form View;
3. Add a Table View > Drag and drop a column to the table view;
4. Mouse over the added column.

Expected Result

Delete option and highlight columns are shown on Table View builder using Edge and IE11
