[BUG] There is no link to All Items page when the user is at Workload by Assignee page

Summary: There is no link to All Items page when the user is at Workload by Assignee page

Steps to reproduce:

1. Associate Single Approver with blogs instance
2. Add a 1 minute SLA in Single Approver (Process Starts; Process Ends)
3. Create two blogs instance and assign them to different users and wait for 1 minute
4. Go to Control Panel > Workflow > Metrics > Single Approver 
5. Under Workflow by Assignee, click on View All Assignees and click on the username or any number related to the instances assigned.

Actual Result: There is no link to All Items page

Expected result: Workload by Assignee page should provide a link to All Items page if the user clicks on the user name or any of the instance numbers.
