Unable to get property 'focus' of undefined or null reference when using a Text Form field in a multi-pages form on IE11

      Reproduction steps:

      1) Setup Liferay DXP 7.0.x
      2) Login as admin
      3) Navigate to Control Panel > Content > Forms
      4) Create a two page form with a Text Form field on each page You can add a second page by clicking on the vertical ellipsis icon on the right side of the form (not the page) > Add New Page
      5) Add the above created form on the Welcome page through the 'Forms' portlet.
      6) Open the Welcome page on IE11
      7) Click on Next button

      Expected behavior: Form's next page should appear, no errors in the console
      Current behavior: Form's next page will appear, but there will be an error in the browser's console:

       Fixed on 7.1.x
