Videos bigger than 100MB won't get a thumbnail from Xuggler

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start a 7.2 bundle with the latest fix pack (2-SP1)
2. Install and enable Xuggler by following the steps in the documentation: https://portal.liferay.dev/docs/7-1/user/-/knowledge_base/u/server-administration-external-services#xuggler-configuration
3. Go to Control Panel-> Configuration-> System Settings->Infrastructure-> Upload Servlet Request
4. Raise the 'Overall maximum upload request size' by putting two extra zeros at the end of the number in the field
5. Upload two videos in the Documents and Media, one less and one bigger than 100MB (I've used them from here, Treadmill walking 300FPS and Equine walking 300FPS: https://www.quinticsports.com/sample-videos/)
6. Publish them, wait a few minutes, then check them in the Documents and Media

Current behavior: Only the less than 100MB video gets a thumbnail, the bigger one won't

Expected behavior: Both videos (=the files bigger than 100MB too) should have a thumbnail
