Web Content Structure's Property Name can be edited

      Able to enter a value in Property Name (not the value side, the fixed side) of Web Content Structure

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Navigate to Contents&Data > Web Content > Structures > Add new structure
      2. Add a text field and click on it to display the settings section
      3. Double-click on "Field Label" value ("Text") to edit it
      4. Save (with or without changing it)
      5. Double-click again on "Field Label" value to edit it
      6. When the edit popup is displayed, click on "Field Label" name (do this fast!)
      7. Note the popup is grayed out and field/buttons have no focus
        You might need to repeat steps 5〜6 until it reproduces it)
      8. Click on save
      9. Note the value overwrites the name 

      Actual result
      Property Name is overwritten by its value

      Expected result
      Property Names cannot be edited
