Summary: Workload by Assignee hint is not fully displayed when Control Panel menu is open

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to CP > Workflow > Metrics > Single Approver 
2. Hover the ? icon inside Workload by Assginee card

Actual result: the hint is being cut

Expected result: the hint should be fully displayed
