Summary: "View All Assignees" link should contain the number of assignees in the text

Steps to reproduce:

1. Associate Single Approver with blogs instance
2. Create 1 blog instance and assign it to yourself
3. Go to CP > Workflow > Metrics > Single Approver

Actual Result: Under Workload by Assignee card, the text of the link is "View All Assignees"

Expected Result: According to the figma prototype, it should be "View All Assignees (# of assignees)

Example:

Actual: View All Assignees
Expected: View All Assignees (2)
