Can't open fields sidebar

Steps to reproduce:

1. Edit or create a new form view or table view.
2. Click on the arrow button to close the right sidebar that contains fields.
3. Try to reopen the sidebar. Sidebar doesn't reopen.

Expected behavior: user should be able to close and open the sidebar several times.
