Description
The required field is not working when adding an entry of a deployed app. It's possible to add an entry even when some required fields are not filled.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Deploy an app using with some required fields added to the Form View;
2. Go to the deployed app > Don't fill the required fields and click on Save;
3. Observe that the entry is added even with some required fields empty.

Expected Result
The required field is working when adding an entry of a deployed app. It's only possible to add an entry when all the required fields are filled.

Actual Result
The required field is not working when adding an entry of a deployed app. It's possible to add an entry even when some required fields are not filled.
