Steps:

1. set layout.manage.pages.initial.children property to 2 (not mandatory but helps to reproduce the issue)
2. Start the portal

3.  Create 3 pages in liferay site

4. Create a new user (name him "curro" and set as admin and assing him to liferay site)
5. Impersonate this user
6. Go to the pages navigator in the menu
7. Only to pages are shown and a "load more results" message appears
8. Click on this
9. the third page is shown
10. Click on the page

Expected: you navigate to the page as "curro"

Current: The impersonation is broken
