Ability to add custom fields to nav menu items

Currently, our main navigation has added information and functionality. We are using custom fields on the page layout to add this information and then pulling it in the navigation adt. This request could be twofold.

1) Add the ability to create custom fields for nav menu items similar to pages to allow for similar development flexibility

2) Add fields like description and icon to the nav item so you can set them at the creation of the menu, not on the pages themselves
