[BUG] Open Graph is not hidden in site settings after disabling it at the instance level

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start bundle
2. Disable the open graph at the instance level: Go to system settings > pages > uncheck the checkbox of enable open graph
3. Go to the settings of Liferay site > General
4. Expand the open graph

Expected Result:
Open Graph at site level should be hidden (Both the checkbox of Enable Open Graph and image field are disabled).

Actual Result:
The checkbox of Enable Open Graph is unchecked, but it's still available to check, and the image still can be selected.
