Replace Delete actions in Role assignees with Remove

      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Add a user
      2. Go to Control Panel > Users > Roles
      3. Navigate to any role
      4. Go to Assignees tab
      5. In Users tab, click on the + button to add an assignee/user
      6. Select user you wish to add > Add
      7. Go back to Assignees tab > Users
      8. Remove user by clicking on the checkbox next to it

      Expected results: The actions in the management toolbar should display as "Remove"
      Actual results: Icon, tooltip, and menu item display as Delete, even if we are not deleting the user/assignee

      This is also reproducible in all tabs (Sites, Organizations, User Groups, Segments)

      Tomcat 9.0.17 + MySQL 5.7
